SED-55STS-I premade-bag (pouch) packing machine for masks, medical supplies, sanitary supplies, food and similar products. Four-side-seal bag type; compatible film materials: PE, OPP, PE/PET, paper. Speed 30–55 bags/min.

Fonctionnement

Premade pouches are loaded into a double-track storage rack. Suction grippers pick two pouches at a time and present them to a clamp jaw. The clamp opens the pouch via vacuum/blow assist; the upstream stainless-steel material-feed conveyor delivers product into the open pouch. Heat-seal bars close the fourth side under PLC-controlled temperature with photoelectric correction for precise seal alignment. Completed packs are counted and stacked on the output belt. If bags run out, an intelligent sensor triggers an alarm and automatically stops the machine.
