Fonctionnement

High-speed rotary cutting: one side of the rotor carries a sharp blade and the other carries an impact-style crushing blade. Material is sheared at high speed and particle size is controlled by the screen mesh and rotary speed (1,000/2,400/4,400 r/min gives 12–120 mesh output). A side-mounted draught fan continuously evacuates air from the crushing chamber to keep the temperature low, enabling processing of heat-sensitive materials.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: (1) wipe outer machine surface with clean damp cloth until clean and dust-free; (2) open machine and wipe inside with damp cloth to remove dust and dirt; (3) wipe hopper with clean cloth then again with 75% industrial alcohol (dirt removal + sterilisation). Post-shift: (1) wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth; (2) wipe hopper with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. After each use or when stopping: remove and clean the rotating drum, brushing out residual powder from the hopper. Extended idle periods: wipe entire machine, coat parts with rust-proof oil, cover with cloth. Inspect moving parts monthly.
