Fonctionnement
Candy rope from the rope-sizing machine feeds into the lollipop die-forming machine. The round die (64 pairs of fingers for Φ25 mm example; count varies with lollipop size) punches upper and lower fingers together (pressing-plate moulding) to segment the rope and form the lollipop shape, simultaneously inserting a plastic stick (Φ3.5×80 mm PE/PET) into the candy centre. A speed-adjustable motor drives the die; output rate is 500–900 pieces/min depending on lollipop size.
