Fonctionnement

Precision intermittent indexers (Taiwan R140F/R180F) position each station with high repeatability. Empty capsules are delivered by the capsule-feeding system (loading rate ≥99.5%); a water-ring or dry vacuum pump (Ruixu RX25) applies vacuum to separate capsule caps from bodies. Granules/powder/pellets are filled into capsule bodies by the dosing station (fill-weight variation ≤±3%). A locking station re-joins caps and bodies. The SEW main motor drives the machine via a variable-frequency drive for stepless speed control; Delta PLC + inverter + Weintek HMI coordinate all sequences. A 3 kW dust extractor collects residual powder. All capsule/drug contact parts are 304/316L stainless steel.
