Fonctionnement
The vacuum loader conveys powder to the top hopper (sealed lid; arc-transition polished interior to prevent residue). Servo + planetary-reducer driven short-screw metering heads dose the set weight into each of the four lanes independently. Servo film-pull system divides composite film into 4 lanes and forms bags with automatic edge tracking; Japan SK9 punch cutter cuts the notch. Horizontal and vertical sealers (temperature uniformity ≤±1°C) complete the four-side seal. Scrap film edges are collected by air blowing.
