Fonctionnement

The 39-station turret rotates driven by the explosion-proof main motor (7.5 kW, Siemens or ABB) through a synchronous belt pulley + worm gear reducer. The Mitsubishi inverter provides stepless speed adjustment. Granulated material is fed into die cavities via grid-type bilateral feeders. Upper and lower punches travel cam tracks through pre-press (30 kN) and main press (100 kN, 250 mm roller for long dwell) stations, forming tablets that are discharged bilaterally. PLC-controlled lean-oil lubrication pump delivers timed, metered lubrication to punches, tracks, and rollers. Electronic strain-type sensors provide real-time pressure feedback; overload triggers automatic PLC stop. The pressing chamber is fully sealed and separated from the drive zone, preventing cross-contamination.
