Fonctionnement
The 27-station turret rotates; granulated material enters each die cavity through a closed forced feeder (high-speed forced filling ensures stable tablet weight). Upper and lower punches travel cam tracks through dual double-sided compression stations (pre-press + main press up to 100 kN). An Invt CHF-100A inverter drives the ABB main motor (7.5 kW); turret speed is continuously adjustable from 5 to 36 r/min. Main compression pressure is displayed in real time; the machine stops automatically on overload.
