Fonctionnement

Lower film is fed by a feed motor + swing arm + aluminium feed roller to the preheating plate (tight contact heating; plate separates automatically during traction). Stainless-steel backward-leaning clamp chains index the lower film to the forming station (cylinder clamping + sealing ring + -0.09 MPa vacuum). The film then moves to the heat-sealing station (cylinder closing, upper mold with cylinder buffer, textured-surface sealing), where the upper film (Tyvek/coated paper) is heat-sealed onto the lower blister. Finally, rotary knife creasing + rodless-cylinder cross-cutting completes the cut; finished packs exit via non-toxic PVC conveyor belt and waste film is recovered on a rewind reel. Overall drive: Mitsubishi servo motor → gearbox → cyclic cylinder motion.
