Fonctionnement
The 29-station turntable rotates and granular material enters the die holes via the closed forced feeder (which force-fills at high speed to shorten fill time and stabilize tablet weight). Upper and lower punches simultaneously compress under a maximum 100 kN dual-pressure double-sided system, allowing air in granule gaps to escape and improving tablet density uniformity while reducing capping. The inverter-driven 7.5 kW main motor drives the turntable up to 40 rpm. The system auto-stops on pressure overload and has emergency stop, inverter fault alarm, and forced-air cooling protection. A Siemens PLC and color touch screen manage process parameters and real-time monitoring.
