Fonctionnement
Twelve groups (each 30 kW, total 360 kW) of 316L stainless steel electric heating tubes immersed in the boiler shell heat water into saturated steam (180°C, 0.7 MPa). A built-in steam-water separator resolves the steam carry-over problem. A boiler feed pump draws softened water from the water softener (Runxin, timed type, 1 T/H), preventing scale build-up. The fully automatic LCD controller monitors water level, pressure, heating tube status, and provides 4-time-slot timer control; safety valve, pressure controller, low-water-level protection, and leakage protector form a multi-interlock safety system.
