Fonctionnement

Vials are continuously conveyed through a three-zone tunnel. The preheating zone supplies clean hot air via medium-efficiency + H14 HEPA filters to gradually raise temperature. The high-temperature sterilization zone uses 96 × 1.2 kW stainless steel heating elements to achieve ≥325°C, reducing container endotoxin by >3 log units. The cooling zone uses water-cooled heat exchange (chilled water 7–10°C, 12–20 m³/h circulating) to cool the vials to ≤30–35°C at exit. All three zones maintain Grade A laminar airflow through H14 HEPA filters.
