Fonctionnement
Ambient air passes through a centrifugal fan and medium-efficiency air filter, then enters the electric heater (200 kW) to produce clean hot air at 160–220°C. Hot air enters the drying chamber through hot air distributor (2-group adjustable swirl device) at the top, flowing in a spiral pattern. Feed liquid is delivered by a sanitary pump to the centrifugal atomizer nozzle at the top of the drying chamber. The high-speed spinning atomizer disc (13,000–18,000 rpm) atomizes the liquid into tiny droplets. Droplets contact hot air, water evaporates rapidly, and product is dried in 5–15 seconds. Fine powder is conveyed by air from the tower base to two-stage cyclone separators for collection. Exhaust gas passes through a water film scrubber for final cleaning before discharge. Air sweep device prevents material adhesion to tower walls; pneumatic hammer vibration improves internal conditions.
