Funnel-fed dry powder is rapidly stirred by a high-speed bottom impeller (210-300 r/min) while binder liquid is added; an independent high-speed side-mounted chopper (1500-3000 r/min) cuts and sizes the wet mass into homogeneous granules. The mixing barrel is SUS304 stainless steel with cylindrical bottom and conical top, no dead angles, with a silicon-rubber airproof ring between barrel and cover. Both transmission shafts are air-sealed to prevent contamination. Mixing, wetting, and granulating run continuously inside a single sealed vessel, completing in approximately 10 minutes per batch.
