Fonctionnement

Powder and binder are loaded into a horizontal sealed cylinder. A bottom-mounted impeller rotates at 200-400 rpm (5.5kW) tumbling the powder while a side-mounted high-speed chopper at 1500-3000 rpm (2.2kW) cuts the wet mass into uniform granules. The driving shaft has an inflatable seal — air during operation, water during cleaning — so dry mix, wet mix, and granulating all occur inside a single sealed vessel meeting GMP. Cycle: 2 min dry mix + 1-4 min wet granulation per batch.
