Fonctionnement
Gauze, separator paper, and packaging film rolls feed into the machine. Gauze passes through a vaseline impregnation bath with squeeze rollers controlling liquid quantity. Upper and lower separator paper layers are then applied. The sheet is cut to the specified gauze size (100×100 mm). The cut gauze-paper composite feeds into the bag-forming station where packaging film is formed into a bag (150×160 mm). The product is sealed and discharged as a finished packaged unit. Servo motors (4×) controlled by PLC ensure precise cutting, film feeding, stable material transport, and accurate bag sealing via color-mark positioning.
