Fonctionnement
Compressed air at 1.0 MPa is dried, filtered and accelerated through ceramic Laval nozzles into a SUS304 grinding chamber lined with ceramic. Material is fluidized and self-mills via particle-particle and particle-wall (ceramic surfaces minimize contamination). A 2.2 kW dust-explosion-proof motor drives a ceramic classifier wheel at up to 8000 rpm; coarse particles return to the milling zone, fines pass through. Product is collected via a Φ400 SUS304 cyclone (ceramic upper liner, PTFE cone), then a 13.5 m² pulse-jet bag filter with PTFE-coated interior. A 1.1 kW Ex rotary valve (PTFE wetted) discharges product; a 7.5 kW Ex IDF maintains negative pressure throughout the train.
