Fonctionnement
Compressed air is dried, filtered and injected through 4 supersonic Laval nozzles arranged around the SUS304 grinding chamber. Material from a 0.55 kW screw feeder is fluidized in the swirling jets and self-mills by particle-particle collision (no contact wear, high purity). The fines are entrained upward to the classifier zone where a 5.5 kW dynamically-balanced classifier wheel (VFD) rejects oversize back to the grinding zone. Fines pass to a SUS304 cyclone (with 2 pneumatic butterfly valves) and then to a 20 m2 pulse-jet bag filter; an 11 kW IDF maintains negative pressure throughout. Grinding temperature stays below 20 degC due to gas expansion, suiting heat-sensitive materials.
