Fonctionnement

Pre-cut paper blanks (single-PE-coated, up to 480 x 480 mm, 100-400 g/m2) are auto-fed from the magazine onto a forming station. A built-in hot-air generator blows heated air at the PE-coated areas to soften the polymer. A heated forming die descends, folds the four corners and presses them simultaneously, fusing the PE so the corners bond into a leak-resistant seal. The formed box is automatically counted, ejected and stacked. A microcomputer controller coordinates feed timing, hot-air temperature, dwell, and stack count.
