Fonctionnement

Product is conveyed past a position-correcting station; an opto-sensor detects its leading edge and signals the PLC, which times the label dispenser so a label is peeled from the liner web and presented at the underside conveyor opening exactly when the bottom plane passes overhead. A covering brush/roller then wipes the label down for full adhesion before the labeled product is discharged.
