Fonctionnement

Filtered air (primary nonwoven + medium-efficiency <=5 um filter) is heated to ~200 degC by an electric heater supplemented by a 300 m2 steam heat-exchanger, and enters the drying tower top through an inlet volute and adjustable swirl-vane distributor (0-30 deg adjustable). A screw feed pump (electromagnetic variable-speed) delivers the slurry to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer (direct-drive, VFD, Japanese-import bearings, disc rim speed >120 m/s, rectangular-channel vertical-vane disc). Fine droplets contact the co-current hot air and dry within seconds. Product discharges continuously via a single-stage cyclone separator with a rotary valve; exhaust air is drawn by the induced-draft fan and discharged.
