SED-50LZH-M automatic vertical (top-loading) cartoning machine. Robotic-arm feeding handles irregular items that horizontal cartoners cannot. Carton size 50×30×50 mm to 150×150×300 mm; carton paper 200-400 g/m². Speed 15
Fonctionnement
Robotic arm picks the product (bottle, irregular bulk item, etc.) and places it onto the loading station. Carton blanks are fed and erected via the top-opening (vertical) station. Product drops vertically into the open carton; the closing station folds and seals the top. A waste-rejection station ejects defective cartons. PLC + touchscreen coordinate servo/stepper-driven motion. Tool-less size changes via parameter changes — no mold swap needed. Machine automatically stops and alarms on overload or out-of-position carton conditions.
