SED-50LSN-A — Générateur d’hypochlorite de sodium
La description complète de ce modèle est encore en cours de traduction. Consultez les détails en anglais ou demandez des informations à notre équipe. English
SED-50LSN-A sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) generator. Disinfectant production by no-membrane electrolysis of dilute brine: NaCl + H2O → NaClO + H2↑. Produces 50 g/h of available chlorine using 5% brine at 3 L/h flow, ≤45°C
Fonctionnement
Industrial salt (GB/T5462-2003, ≥99.10%) is dissolved in the brine tank to ~5% concentration. A brine pump feeds the electrolysis cell at 3 L/h. A 220V AC line is rectified and inverted by an IGBT half-bridge PWM circuit (20 kHz) to deliver 12V DC at up to 100 A across the cell. The no-membrane reaction produces NaClO and H2 in a self-circulating loop with high salt and current efficiency. Cooling water is applied once cell temperature reaches 25-30°C; H2 is vented through a pipe ≥1 m above roofline. NaClO drains by gravity to the storage tank, then a dosing pump injects the disinfectant.

Nettoyage et entretien
Periodic cathode-plate descaling: at total hardness ≤350 mg/L (CaCO3) every 18-20 days; soak in dilute HCl (1 part industrial HCl + 4 parts water) for a few minutes, rinse; soft brush only — never abrade the anode coating. Do not store generated NaClO long: same-day use in summer; ≤1 week in winter, light-protected.
