Air-cooled vapor-compression refrigeration cycle with four parallel hermetic scroll compressors (Copeland, 4×9.375 kW input). R22 refrigerant evaporates in a dry shell-and-tube copper evaporator, absorbing heat from a 30 m³/h chilled-water loop driven by an integral 2.2 kW pump (Julong) and SS insulated water tank (1600×700×500 mm). Compressed gas rejects heat in a high-efficiency copper finned condenser cooled by six fans (25,000 m³/h total). Touchscreen LCD controller maintains setpoint +3 to +30°C at ±1°C via relay outputs. Pressure switches (Jileng) and thermal relays (Chint) provide layered protection.
