SED-50LP-C — Fully Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Line

Operator empties unsorted PET bottles into the elevator hopper. The elevator lifts bottles into the unscrambler bowl, where the inner turntable's centrifugal action pushes them into bottle pockets. Each pocket passes a flip mechanism: bottles already neck-up pass through unchanged; inverted bottles are flipped neck-up. Brushes synchronized with the brush motor reject low/short bottles. Bottles exit through the discharge port into an air-conveyor or belt conveyor. An optional vision-orientation station uses cameras (handle-detection sensor A) to identify orientation and a servo turret (B) with screw infeed to rotate bottles to the required orientation before downstream stations. PLC + touchscreen with torque-limiter overload protection ensures stable operation.
