Fonctionnement

Empty aluminum tubes are auto-loaded into rotary holder cups. A photoelectric color-mark sensor (Panasonic) detects the registration mark and rotates each tube to correct alignment. The filling nozzle dives into the tube and dispenses product (rising while filling to prevent splash). The tube indexes to the sealing station where mechanical folding tools form a saddle-type seal (or 3-/4-fold seal on low-config version) and crimp it; an optional embossing/printing head adds batch/expiry codes. The finished tube is ejected. PLC and HMI control all timings with stepless VFD speed control.
