Fonctionnement
A two-layer helical (ribbon) agitator generates counterflow convective mixing inside the U-trough. The outer ribbon sweeps material from both ends toward the center; the inner ribbon pushes material from the center toward both ends. This counterflow creates thorough convective mixing throughout the trough for high-uniformity blending.
