Fonctionnement
A sensor-signal-controlled pneumatic arc-gate feeder dispenses material in stages into the dual-load-cell suspended weigh hopper. When the set fill weight is reached, feeding stops. The dual-cylinder bag clamp releases the filled bag onto the conveyor for manual sewing/sealing. The dual-load-cell planar suspension design isolates the system from workshop vibration for high-stability ±0.1% accuracy.
