Fonctionnement
Granular brown sugar feeds from the holding hopper into the bag-clamp pneumatic cylinder station. PLC + touchscreen controls the weighing/dosing cycle (25-50 kg adjustable, <0.3% error). Filled woven bag transfers via the 2.2m horizontal belt conveyor to the heat sealer (380V, 0.5kW). Compressed air (0.6-0.8 MPa) actuates clamp and discharge cylinders.
