Asymmetric/inclined-axis cantilever-mounted conical hopper rotates 0–10 r/min while the hopper's symmetry axis is angled relative to the rotation axis, producing multi-axis 3D tumbling motion with strong cascading and shear for uniform blending. The same hopper serves as both the upstream feed container and downstream discharge container, eliminating frequent material transfers and controlling cross-contamination.
