Fonctionnement

Material is fed into the gap between a fixed stator and a high-speed rotor,both 50 mm in diameter. Strong shear,friction and high-frequency vibration in the narrow gap break particles,droplets and agglomerates down to colloidal size while simultaneously emulsifying and homogenizing. Split-body design separates the drive motor from the milling head for ease of cleaning and motor protection.
