Servo-driven turntable, PLC + HMI control. 1 sealing head with 4 seaming blades (2 first-stage + 2 second-stage) made of 440C SS, vacuum-quench-tempered for >6 million cans life. Can does NOT rotate during sealing — high precision. Throughput 30-35 cans/min, can height 40-250 mm adjustable, can diameter Φ100-153 mm (6 stations). 1.9 kW total, ~500 kg, 3000×1060×1880 mm. Working temp 0-45°C, humidity 35-85%. Air 0.6 MPa, 0.15 m³/min.
