Fonctionnement

Operates in electromagnetic induction mode. The detection coil generates a balanced electromagnetic field across the 400 × 120 mm tunnel; when a metal contaminant passes through, it perturbs the field and the magnetic sensors generate a secondary signal analysed by the DSP (with product-effect compensation for moist, sugary or salty products). On detection, the unit triggers an audio-visual alarm and stops the conveyor, rewinds, or activates a reject device (push-rod / flap / blow-off / accurate reject) depending on selected mode.

Easy-disassembly mechanical structure for cleaning and maintenance. Keep the electric-control box dry — never spray water directly on it. Test detection block before each shift. Do not touch the probe or frame with hands during operation; do not wave large metallic objects near the probe.
