Fonctionnement

Natural gas combustion in the RS40 burner heats the through-flow boiler shell via radiant and convective heat transfer. Treated feed water is continuously vaporized to produce saturated steam at <=0.7 MPa. A built-in heat-recovery module returns condensate heat to preheat incoming feed water. Automatic computer control maintains pressure and water level within set limits; dual safety valves provide over-pressure protection.
