Fonctionnement
Place product in a vacuum bag, position on the workbench under the lid. While one chamber is sealing, the operator loads the second; the lid is lowered and the chamber evacuated, the strip heat-seals the bag, cools, then the lid releases and the product is removed. The two workbenches alternate continuously for high throughput.
