Fonctionnement

Sealed paste pot operates under high vacuum. A wall-scraping helical-ribbon ribbon agitator (86 rpm) prevents stagnant material, transfers heat evenly and produces an up/down rolling motion. A multi-layer high-speed dispersion disc (0-1450 rpm) homogenises material to a fine paste. A buffer tank between vacuum pump and pot isolates any entrained material. Hydraulic lift opens the lid for inspection / cleaning. Jacket circulating water at <0.3 MPa with controlled temperature provides cooling.
