Fonctionnement

Through gear variable-speed and direction-changing transmission, the grinding blade and pressure-material leaf rotate in opposing directions. The pressure leaf forces material downward via its angled surface; the grinding blade's arc face uses centrifugal force to extrude material outward through the sieve drum, producing the required granules.

After each shift or use, fully clean all parts — no material may congeal on transmission components; After any stop exceeding 15 minutes: remove material, disassemble sieve drum, nut, pressure leaf and grinding blade, then clean thoroughly (keep electrical parts dry); Disassemble and reassemble components in original order
