Fonctionnement

1) Feed powder into the granulator vessel. 2) Dry mix using rotor stirring oar (1–200 r/min, 22 kW). 3) Add binder to wet the mass. 4) High-speed chopper (250–3000 r/min, 11 kW — upgraded from standard 7.5 kW) cuts the wet mass into wet granules. Blade lift device assists with cleanout and maintenance.
