Fonctionnement
Tube-type external-circulation heating combined with vacuum negative-pressure evaporation. First-effect heater operates at 80-90°C with -0.02 to -0.04 MPa vacuum; second-effect at 55-70°C with -0.05 to -0.08 MPa vacuum. Vapor from the first effect provides heat to the second effect for energy savings. Material density range 1.1-1.3 (depending on material). Designed clear-water evaporation capacity ≥500 kg/h.
