Fonctionnement

Film is fed from an auto unwinder with EPC and friction-sheet tension control. A servo motor (Yaskawa, 3 kW) drives film traction while the main motor (1.5 kW, Yaskawa VFD) drives the coaxial eccentric main transfer mechanism. The bottom seam is heat-sealed; the top patch is applied and cold-pressed for bonding. Round-hole punches and a C-type handle punch complete the bag. A photocell (Leuze) tracks print registration. A Panasonic PLC manages the entire cycle; temperature control uses solid-state relays (Fotek, 2-zone). Film feed speed 15-80 m/min; bag-making speed 80-120 bags/min.

Processus de fonctionnement
