SED-RZG series rotary mixing vacuum dryer. Material is loaded into a rotating jacketed vessel under vacuum; indirect heating via hot water, low-pressure steam or thermal-oil through the jacket; slow rotation continuously
Fonctionnement
Material is placed under vacuum inside the jacketed vessel. Heat energy (hot water, low-pressure steam or thermal oil) is supplied through the closed jacket and transferred through the inner shell to the material. The vessel rotates slowly, continuously mixing the contents and refreshing the heating surface to accelerate drying. The vapor pressure of moisture (solvent) on the material surface drops to saturation and evaporates; the vacuum pump draws vapor out continuously and the condenser recovers it. This three-stage cycle (evaporation at the surface, diffusion outward, removal by vacuum) drives rapid, uniform drying.

After use, remove residual material and keep the whole machine clean. Dismantle and clean the filter regularly. Lubricate bearings and worm-gear reducer periodically.
