Fonctionnement

The bottom (down) homogenizer rotor spins at up to 4500 rpm, generating strong shear and external circulation to emulsify materials. Simultaneously, the low-speed frame-type wall-scraping agitator with turbulence blades achieves bidirectional uniform mixing and prevents material from sticking to the wall. Jacket water-circulation cooling controls product temperature.
