Fonctionnement
Low-noise, high-temperature-resistant axial-flow fans drive hot air circulation inside the oven. Hot air is heated by the steam heat exchanger and blown across the trays to dry materials. A separate exhaust fan expels moist air and draws in fresh air; maximum thermal efficiency approximately 50%.
