Fonctionnement
The machine adjusts the gap between the first- and second-stage dehulling rollers to strip husks from cocoa beans of different sizes. A vibrating screen and suction port then separate the husks from the kernels. The aspiration port height is adjusted (≈20 mm from the screen) based on airflow strength and particle size to clean husks without losing kernels.

Stop machine before any maintenance. Roller gap adjustment: loosen the locking nut on the rear adjustment handle, turn handle inward to reduce gap or outward to increase gap; retighten after adjustment. After each continuous day of operation, stop and inspect dehulling rollers, bearing housings, and bolt tightness. Check screen perforations regularly for blockage and clear as needed. Bearings: check every shift and grease with calcium-based grease periodically. Do not allow tools or metal objects near the roller feed hopper during operation.
