Thermal inkjet (TIJ) handheld coder. Operator selects the cartridge (half- or one-inch), and the system fires ink droplets through the cartridge nozzles based on touch-screen-edited content. Print triggers come from manual handle button, photoelectric sensor, or encoder pulses; an encoder synchronizer keeps print width consistent with object speed. Two print heads can be used independently, vertically stitched (taller print), or duplicated (twin parallel prints).

Nettoyage et entretien

When string or line gaps occur in print: Method 1 — gently wipe the print head in one direction with a soft tissue (do not use hard materials). Method 2 — in advanced menu, set vertical resolution to 300 then switch to the other head and re-transmit. Quick-dry white ink must be shaken 5-10 minutes before use. Remove cartridge when machine is idle for more than 20 minutes and secure the cap clip.
