Fonctionnement

Vegetables or meat are loaded onto a series of nine soft-bristle brush rollers arranged in a U-pattern. As the rollers rotate (forward/reverse adjustable for thorough cleaning), spray nozzles mounted in 25 mm SUS304 piping rinse and agitate the produce against the brushes, removing soil and surface contaminants. Wash water collects in the bottom drip tray, and clean produce exits via the discharge port.
