Fonctionnement

Whole produce is fed into a top-mounted hopper where a 2.2 kW hammer-mill rotor pulverizes the feed at 1430 RPM. The crushed pulp falls into a screw-press section driven by a separate 3 kW motor at 1430 RPM. The screw conveys, compresses, and forces pulp against a perforated mesh filter, where juice flows out a 30 mm slotted outlet at the bottom while pomace exits through dedicated discharge chutes. Independent crusher and press motors provide robust performance and even loading.
