Plough-shaped blades on the main horizontal shaft rotate at 45 RPM, flinging material radially and longitudinally in a turbulent circumferential pattern. As the material passes the flying-knife group, the auxiliary motor spins these knives at 1440 RPM to violently disperse and break up agglomerates. The compound action of plough heads (bulk circulation) and flying knives (high-shear dispersion) keeps material in continuous turbulent flow, ensuring fast and uniform mixing with no dead zones. For solid-liquid duty, an optional spray system atomises liquid into the moving powder.
