Fonctionnement

Twin counter-rotating helical ribbons mounted on a horizontal agitator shaft circulate material in a U-shaped SUS316L trough. The outer ribbon transports material from the two ends toward the center; the inner ribbon transports material from the center back toward the ends. The opposing flows create vortices that mix powders and powder-liquid systems quickly and uniformly. Top loading and pneumatic flap discharge valve enable fast 5–30 minute batch cycles with minimal residue.
