Fonctionnement
Powder material is placed in the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn in through pre-, mid-, and final-stage HEPA filters and heated to the desired temperature in the heating chamber. The material is fluidized periodically. The binder is delivered by a liquid pump to the nozzle, sheared into fine droplets by air, and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Evaporated moisture is removed by the fan.
