Fonctionnement
Material (granules or powder) is loaded into the feed hopper. Inlet air passes through a filter to remove dust, then through a heater to reach the required drying temperature. When heated air flows through the Dutch sieve (perforated distribution plate), the material is fluidized and dried. Steam is drawn off by the exhaust fan through dust-collection bags. Ultra-fine powder is captured by filter bags in the upper section; an upper vibrating cylinder periodically agitates the bags to return powder to the fluidized bed. An internal agitator prevents material bridging during the fluidization cycle.

Clean the filter bags and drum after each operation. Cleaning the bags prevents dust blockage that would affect airflow, air pressure, and material quality. Cleaning the drum prevents residual material from affecting the performance of the next drying batch.
